Rental Requirements:

Driving Requirements: All drivers must be 25 years of age and have a valid drivers license. We need copies of all licenses upon departure.

Reservations: A non-refundable security deposit in the amount of $500 is due upon reservation for each motorhome. Upon return of unit, vehicle will be inspected and your deposit will be refunded within 7 business days. Reservations made from outside U.S. require payment in full for entire trip including the security deposit.

Payments: All charges are to be paid in full 30 days prior to departure including estimated mileage charges and/or any other charges, unless other arrangements have been made. Sorry, no personal or company checks will be accepted within 14 days of departure. Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Cash or Certified funds will be accepted. Fees subject to 5.5% WI Sales tax.

Insurance: THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE MBA RENTAL INSURANCE ON ALL UNITS. THIS IS REQUIRED.

Restrictions: NO Pets, NO smoking, NO travel into Mexico, NO driving on beaches, NO racing, NO occupancy by more than the stated number of occupants and NO vehicles in tow are strictly prohibited. Any of these actions may result in loss of security deposit. Travel into Canada is permitted with prior authorization.

Pickups and Returns: Vehicle pickup is between 1-4PM Mon.-Fri. Pickup on Sat. is by appointment only. Returns Mon.-Sat. are due by 11AM sharp or fees will be applied. You are charged for the number of nights that you have the vehicle just like a hotel. There is no refund if the client terminates the contract before the stated date. Allow at least an hour for pickups and a half hour for returns depending on how many people are ahead of you. There are no pickups or returns on Sundays or holidays. If the customer key drop is used, you remain responsible for the rental unit until check in the next business day.

Additional Charges: Bike rack $10/day. Extra cleaning charge $50/hour. Late returns $50/hour with a 1 hour minimum. Housekeeping kit- Complete Kit $150. Linens only $75. Kitchen supplies only $75. LP Gas charge $75/Trip (This is a mandatory charge).

Not included: Linens or kitchen supplies unless previously arranged.

Other: We offer transportation between Southport RV and Mitchell(Milwaukee)/Ohare(Chicago) airports for $50 each way. We are not responsible for clients personal vehicle left on Southport RV property.
